A Sole-Proprietor PT is founded by 1 Indonesian citizen for micro and small businesses, using an electronic statement of establishment without a notarial deed. A regular PT is founded by at least 2 people with a notarial deed, is more flexible for adding shareholders, and is generally more trusted for partnerships and tenders.

A PT is a legal entity that separates company assets from the shareholders' personal assets. A CV is not a legal entity; active partners are liable up to their personal assets. A CV is simpler and cheaper, while a PT suits businesses that want to grow and attract investors.

Typically: ID cards (KTP) and tax IDs (NPWP) of all founders/directors, 3 proposed company names, the business address, an active phone number and email, the planned capital and shareholder/partner structure, and the business activities (KBLI). A Sole-Proprietor PT usually takes 1–3 working days. A PT or CV generally takes 3–7 working days once the documents are complete and the name is approved, depending on the notary schedule and government system queues.

Under current regulations, the authorized capital of a PT is agreed by the founders. However, certain business activities and foreign-owned PTs (PMA) have their own minimum capital requirements. Consult us so it matches your chosen KBLI.

SPPL is a statement of commitment to environmental management for low-risk businesses. K3L is a statement of compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment requirements. We prepare both in the packages that include them.

Yes. In packages that include the OSS account and email + password, we hand over full account access so you can manage your company independently. We recommend changing the passwords right after handover.

Yes, through our NIB Upgrade / Amendment service. If the new KBLI also changes the business purpose in the articles of association, a PT or CV Amendment is required.

Orders, invoices, and payments are processed through Netdigi, our billing platform. The payment scheme (full or in installments) will be explained by our CS team before the process starts. Always confirm bank details through our official contacts.

The package price covers all listed items. Extra fees only apply to needs outside the package — for example changes requested after documents are issued, additional legalization, or special requirements of certain business activities — and will always be communicated first.

The cost of a Firm or a foreign-owned PT depends heavily on the ownership structure, business activities, and follow-up licenses. Our CS team will send a tailored quote after a short consultation.

The Company App covers employee management, KPI & attendance, bookkeeping, financial reports, inventory/asset records, e-budgeting, sales targets, invoicing, and a correspondence archive.

The Company App is a monthly subscription starting from Rp65,000/month. Our CS team will recommend the right plan based on your number of users and feature needs.
