Data we collect
- Identity data: name, ID number (NIK/KTP), tax ID (NPWP), place & date of birth, address, and photos/scans of founders' and directors' documents.
- Contact data: WhatsApp/phone number and email address.
- Company data: proposed names, registered address, capital, shareholder/partner structure, and business activities (KBLI).
- Technical data: display preferences (light/dark mode and language) stored in your browser. This website does not use tracking cookies.
How we use data
Data is used only to:
- Process the services you order, including submissions to notaries and relevant authorities.
- Communicate about progress, billing, and support.
- Comply with legal and administrative obligations.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party marketing.
Sharing data with others
Data is shared only as needed with partner notaries, the Directorate General of AHU, the Directorate General of Taxes, the OSS RBA system, banks (for account opening at your request), certification bodies, or authorities when required by law.
Storage & security
Documents are stored with access limited to the staff handling your order. Data is retained as long as needed to complete the service and meet legal/archival obligations, then deleted or anonymized. While we do our best, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Communication via WhatsApp
The Contact Us form does not store messages on our server; it prepares a message to be sent from your own WhatsApp app. Communication via WhatsApp and email is also subject to those providers' privacy policies. Please send sensitive documents only to our official number.
Account & sign-in via Netdigi
Orders, invoices, and payments are processed by the Netdigi platform. When you sign in to the perseroan.id member area, we receive your name, email, phone number, company name, and Netdigi account ID to display your orders. We never receive or store your Netdigi password. Order progress and document status are also shown in the Netdigi member area.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of data that is no longer needed, unless it conflicts with legal obligations.
- Withdraw consent for processing outside the services currently in progress.
