perseroan.id is a business legalization service that helps SMEs, startups, and non-profit organizations get a legally registered entity — without having to navigate the bureaucracy themselves.
We handle the establishment of Sole-Proprietor PTs, PTs, CVs, Foundations, Firms, and foreign-owned PTs (PMA), amendments to articles of association and company data, NIB/KBLI updates, and construction certification (SBU and SKK). Once your business is official, we also help it grow with our digital services: a company app, website, logo, and mobile app.
